Entrepreneurial Executives who run small to medium sized companies will eventually hit the "Executive Barrier" - when they need to continue to grow their companies to achieve their vision, but simply run out of hours in the day to be both Entrepreneur and "The Boss".
The day-to-day demands of executive management frequently prevent accumulation of new knowledge and skills, or dedication of the time needed to develop new stratgicic ideas and commit them to a plan, to develop key senior staff, to devise and implement new policies and procedures, to get to the root cause of problems, and a host of other challenges. Sometimes there is simply the need to "bounce" ideas off someone who is highly trusted, even before that idea is even at the point where it is ready to discuss with the internal management team.
Jack Legler, Legenter's President, makes more than 2 decades of executive experience available to hard pressed CEO's as their "Executive Advisor". Above and beyond a traditional "executive coaching" arragement, Legler will provide that "extra set of hands" necessary to help tackle and solve the real life challenges that simply require the kind of senior executive than many small and medium sized businesses can't afford to bring on board full time.
The typical engagement is for a half-day on site, either weekly or bi-weekly, with a retainer billed monthly, in advance, over a minimum period of 6 months. Activities will be determined on an ongoing basis by agreement between the CEO and Legler, as can be accomplished during the regularly scheduled time on site. Additional hours, or access to any of Legenter's processes and assessment tools can be added on a time and materials basis (See
