Legenter uses the trilogy of the IMX/RAC Attribute Index, VALUES Index, and DISC Index to better align with your environment, lead and be lead more effectively, target areas for performance improvement and achieve a higher level of performance, success and satisfaction. The client completes online exercises for the three Indexes and we deliver the results in an in-depth interview and deliver the ADVanced Insights Report.  We can also administer each Index separately.
